SHIPPING INFORMATION
All of the prices you see on our website INCLUDE carriage to all addresses in England and Wales. Items will be sent using second class post, Royal Mail Parcel Service or using a courier.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland and are buying a small item that will go in the post, there is no extra carriage payable.
If you live in Scotland and are buying a larger item, there may be additional carriage payable, please contact us first.
If you live in Northern Ireland and are buying a larger item, there WILL be additional carriage payable, please contact us first.
If you would like your items sent by FIRST CLASS post we are happy to oblige for a small additional payment - again please contact us before you purchase so that we can organise this for you.
HANDLING TIME
If your item is in stock it will be despatched within 24 (weekday) hours of receiving your payment unless you request otherwise. We can only despatch to the address on the card you pay with.
In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you and advise when we will be able to get it to you. If you are unhappy with the delivery time we will refund your money to you.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Once your item is despatched, we are not responsible for it. We will do everything to help if an item is lost or damaged, however the maximum that may be claimed if the item has been sent through the post is £30. We strongly suggest that you pay an additional £1 to insure your item in transit.
We despatch every week day, not weekends or bank holidays.
